American Data Networks provides Publichannel with highly-reliable wireless network links and datacenter services for its demanding network and application requirements. We turned to American Data Networks who was able to meet our uptime, quality-of-service, and support requirements, after other providers failed. Arturo Saenz has given us a high level of personal attention, and his highly trained staff excels in providing exceptional network support and troubleshooting techniques. With our head-quarters in Costa Rica, our multi-national platform would have been nearly impossible to accomplish without American Data Networks. A few months ago, we implemented a monitoring room designed to remotely analyze video surveillance of several Café Britt retail stores. Immediately, the surveillance room consumed 90% of the bandwidth we had contracted with our Internet provider.

Unfortunately, upon calling our Internet provider to request an increase in bandwidth, we experienced a complicated service upgrade process, feasibility studies and time consuming forms to fill. Two months later, we were told that our service upgrade application was still "in process."

One Thursday afternoon I visited American Data! After a conversation of no more than 10 minutes, we agreed that the next day American Data technicians would come to our office and connect our desired bandwidth. I said thank you very much and smiled!

On Friday afternoon the increased bandwidth needed to power our video surveillance room was installed. It took American Data a simple email and a few days to provide us with the required high speed Internet. Something our previous Internet service provider could not do after a 2 month waiting period.
